HIGH TIMES Honors NORML’s Keith Stroup
HIGH TIMES presented NORML’s Keith Stroup with the Lester Grinspoon Lifetime Achievement Award at the HT Medical Cannabis Cup in Denver, CO – April 21-22.
Keith Stroup is a Washington, DC public interest attorney who founded NORML in 1970 and served as the organization’s executive director for two decades. He currently serves as NORML’s legal counsel.
