HIGH TIMES Reveals Winner of January 2012 Cover Contest
On the cover of our January 2012 issue, 92 cannabis celebrities appeared at a fantasy pot party. We invited you to enter our Cover Contest, wherein you were asked to name as many celebs as possible.
