New Bipartisan Bill Would Bring Relief to Pot Patients
The Truth in Trials Act (HR 6134), intended to greatly improve legal protections for pot patients from federal raids and prosecution, was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday by a heterogeneous mix of 19 representatives, including U.S. presidential candidate Ron Paul (R-Texas) and longtime medical marijuana backer Barney Frank (D-MA).
