Smaller Than Expected Prison Sentences for Montana Dispensary Owners
One slightly encouraging sign has emerged from the rubble of the medical marijuana debacle in Montana. Following the March 2011 federal raids of Montana dispensaries, the U.S. indicted over 60 individuals, with each facing a maximum sentence of 40 years and a minimum of five.
